Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup rice, soy, or almond milk
- 1⁄2 cup figs, pitted
- 1 peach, pitted
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1⁄8 teaspoon turmeric
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the rice milk.
In a blender, blend the milk, figs, peach, strawberries, flaxseed, turmeric, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
